Congress Invitation

Dear Scientists, Representatives of the Public and Private Sectors,

One of the corporate events hosted by our organization since 2011 is the Cosmetics Congress, which has been organized by the Chemists Association. The activities conducted in the course of the congress are annually revised by the congress continuity committee, in consideration of both participant feedback and suggestions, as well as international developments. By bringing together the cosmetics industry and the academy to discuss developments and innovations in the field, our congress has become one of the most reputable scientific gatherings addressed to our nation, incorporated under the name of the Chemists Association. In this regard, it is highly regarded by professionals and scientists and does not compromise on quality.

Co-organized by the Atatürk University and the Chemists Association, the fourteenth Cosmetics Congress will be held from February 15-18, 2024, at the Susesi Luxury Resort in Antalya. The purpose of the 14th Cosmetics Congress, organized by the Association of Chemists, is to convene all relevant parties who are involved in the intersection of cosmetic science and the cosmetics industry. The intention is to obtain a comprehensive understanding of the issues from a multidisciplinary standpoint, considering the longstanding and interconnected ties between chemistry as a fundamental science and the fields of health, life sciences, and technology.

There will be invited speeches, short oral presentations, poster presentations, courses, and seminars included in the scientific program. Additionally, short oral presentations will be showcased as posters, facilitating the exchange of ideas among a greater number of attendees. Over the course of two days, posters will be displayed for a total of four hours. Recognized posters will receive rewards from the referee committee, which is comprised of scientists employed in both academic and industrial sectors. Full text papers that are prepared as “congress articles” and authors elect to present their work as “Full Text” will be included in the electronic congress book, contingent upon undergoing evaluation by subject matter experts serving as referees.

The purpose of the congress is to convene a gathering of private sector, public institution, and academic researcher representatives in order to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and success of research and development (R&D) endeavors. The primary goals are to establish a Project Collaboration Platform and foster a culture of collaborative projects. In conjunction with the congress attendees, institutions supplying intermediate and trained staff support for the cosmetics industry and research and development will assess the present state of affairs. The regulatory bodies overseeing the cosmetics industry and its products will provide attendees with updates on existing and forthcoming regulations during the congress.

Given the significance of the supply chain in the advancement of the cosmetics industry, it is imperative that all supplier companies and their personnel catering to the sector and universities actively engage in the congress. This can be achieved through the organization of educational sessions and workshops, the establishment of booths, and communication with participants and sector representatives in order to address prevailing challenges and establish forthcoming trends.
